uncle stef's time management tips

1- write down the tasks and prioritize on the due date



2- don't focus on small things on your list ==>the small thing will grow the list
==>delete the small things that you don't really care about "unImportant things"



3-focus on my big goals
==>try to keep in mind the medium to long term goals
==>don't waste your time on unimportant things
==>daily steps that get me to where I want to go



4-use Notes and spreadsheets
==>time sensitive tasks {calender}
==> set tasks as appointments and make voice assistant remind me



5- calculate how much time you spend doing things
==>become better at judging the time you take on the task and minimizing it

What really matters for any person (including developers) is discipline.
If you are not disciplined, you won't manage to follow this advice on time management.
Any rules require discipline and an ability to differ important things from unimportant.

Good advice from Steph! I am taking some of his reasonably priced courses. For getting things done I often make list something like : must do, would like to get done and then do if I have time to do. This makes me feel good at the end of the day.
