Keith, I just want to tell you that you have opened my eyes and helped me deepen my appreciation of the “REAL” outdoors not just the local parks. I’ve always wanted to hunt because my Dad was a hunter when he was young but gave it up(that’s a long story) the sad part is he passed away in January. But, on the positive side you and Steve Renella have motivated my to seek out a way to learn to hunt and found that in my state of Illinois the IDNR has learn to hunt classes and those have given me a lot of joy. As a Disabled Marine Veteran I have been missing something that I wasn’t able to put my finger on these classes and the community of hunters I stumbled into out of sheer luck has been absolutely wonderful.
I wanted you to know that I really appreciate all that you do. In fact while my Dad was fighting cancer I was looking into a hunting trip even if we didn’t get anything just to help him. But to get back on track I had the idea of deer farming and the I discovered you deer farming program which has really sparked my imagination. I just want to learn more. I’m looking forward to got on my first hunting trip whatever it may be.
I think you’re doing great things please keep it up!

Now you see, they tell you to hunt with a knife. Then when they see you kill a boar with a knife, they comment “OMG THAT’S ANIMAL ABUSE.” 😂 Most of these people know nothing about hunting, and the benefits it brings to the ecosystem.

Have any of the trolls/haters made it out of grade school? None of them seem to be able to spell or have a grasp of how the English Language works.

Where I grew up there was no baiting or hunting with dogs. Then I went to Texas where baiting is required to safely harvest the animals. I also hunt in Alabama where dog hunting is used. I didn't understand why until I tried to walk through the woods. It was impossible because of all the under brush. So for all the anti hunters or people who make judgments before knowing all the information about the subject they are commenting on, get educated. Don't blindly believe what some small group has told you.
I really enjoy this show.
