JESUS FUCKING CHRIST I was diagnosed with TMJ caused by “tooth grinding in sleep” but I know for a fucking FACT its never been so intense that it make grinding and squelching noises!!! Even right now if I try my absolute hardest I can’t even hear the grinding in my ear drums
