QUESTION……………. Can you give more riding pointers. I’ve been riding my whole life on mtn bikes.

But never had any formal coaching on riding position. I’ve become a huge road fan and enjoy the freedom and exercise.

Tips on where to put hands. Hold shoulders, tuck hands, retract neck….

Any descriptions of body position would beneficial.
