Great video! I'm an applications developer currently doing an online data analytics program in my free time and it's starting to strengthen and correlate with my job. Also at 7:20 "Your first line of code" sounds at lot like "Your first line of coke" lol.

Very relevant conversation for students, I think story's are just as if not more valuable than "hot to get into data science" type videos that are all practical. They both have a place but I appreciate the full context.

My data science tutor BANNED me from using Excel. I was stunned. "Don't touch it, once you get used to python you won't want to anymore". He was 100% correct. I do know people that do very good work with it, but it's a crutch that is best escaped from as early as possible.
