Someone has Ironman fever!! Lol. I'm not doing the ironman pro series because you have to do 3 ironmans then lists 3 ironmans. Lying to yourself is all part of the game. Great Vid Harry. 🤝💪

Would be interested to hear your thoughts on the PTO rankings essentially getting rid of (i.e. no bonuses to top 50). What was firstly an organisation for long distance professionals has now done a 180!

I did 80k on the "rumoured" route for IM Leeds....Punchy is an understatment 😂 however the views in the yorkshire dales 😍

You smashed IM South Africa until you pulled out. You had the hard part of a tough weather day done. Its one aspect that you will fix and then there is no reason why you cannot be strong and competitive in the full.
Is it hilly bikes or runs that you don't like? Would Nice not also be a very hilly course that then does not suite you very well either?
