Forgiving myself for past mistakes has been such a difficult thing for me to do but as time passed I’ve slowly gotten better at it and it definitely makes a difference 💜

Two seriously ill men shared a room in a hospital. They both lay on their beds, but only one of them could stay seated for half the day. He had the advantage of being next to the only window in the room.

His partner, on the other hand, was always lying on his back because he could not move.

Every day when the first man sat down to look at the window just after lunch, he described everything he saw outside. In this way his companion who was in bed could "see" through him all things.

The description was as follows: there was a park and a beautiful lake. Swans swam, children made paper boats in the water, and everything was a beautiful landscape in the distance.

The man who was looking at the window described everything in detail, as if he were living it and his friend, lying on his back in that cold bed, imagined every scene.

The days passed and one morning the nurse entered the room and saw that the man in the window had died, in the most peaceful way while he was sleeping.

His roommate was extremely saddened by the news and asked the nurses to move his bed to the side of the window to see those beautiful things that his roommate was talking about. They did so and then left him alone in the room.

He tried to get up on his elbows with difficulty, until he could see out the window, but his surprise was that all he saw was a huge white wall.

He immediately called the nurse and asked desperately: "How could my friend see all these things and tell me about it?"

She replied that her friend was blind and it was not possible that he had seen all those wonderful things. To comfort him he said: "He just wanted to cheer you up, because there is no better thing than other people want to make you happy, regardless of their own problems, because when you share happiness, it doubles."

Have a wonderful day or night.🙆🌷🌷🌷

Learn from your mistakes is easy, forgive yourself is hard, preventing the same mistakes from happening again is even harder.

Not forgiving yourself and pleasing others really hit me hard as I have issues on self forgiving as whenever I make mistakes, or is not even my fault, I put myself down and say how horrible I am. I think it didn’t help that I was bullied when I was little and I was the victim of toxic friendship as being the generous type, people took advantage of me for their own needs. Forgiving and loving yourself are vital and it’s okay to be selfish once a while. I’m still working on it. Bless you all.❤️

I absolutely hate gossiping. Sure, I've done it a few times, but I've grown to realize that I'm not excited to hear a bunch of people talking only bad about other people. It makes me sad whenever I pass people my age talking crap and putting down someone who I thought was their friend a few days ago. And whenever I start to judge someone a little too much, I put myself back in my place, remind my mind that they could be going through something, and move on.

Procrastination, inertia and self-indulgence have become very harmful habits to me.

That habit of trying to please everyone is SO hard to break, especially if you've been like that for a long time. Half the time you don't realize you're doing it and then once you do realize, it takes everything to break it. Even when you do break it, you'll get those thoughts and the urge to please everyone for a bit after.

To the *incredible person* seeing this, I wish you all the best in life❤ don't over blame yourself, accept things and go forward. Don't let others define what “success” is for you. Get up, learn the skills needed and get after it, all the keys to a happy life is in your hands. Keep pushing.

loved this vid~ and i've been bing watching ya'll for the past couple days!! Always interesting and almost calming to hear in the background while I'm drawing. I usually have music playing, but I wanted to do something diff. Since I love psych and enjoy these vids I thought I'd mix both and give it a try!! Thanks for giving free info that is both helpful and useful!! I wanted to take psych but I couldn't finish first semester for college due to a few mental health reasons so this is a much better alternative!!!

Very true. Gossip which I won’t have anything to do with is so destructive and the other elements discussed here really need possible education in school’s, just like sex education is.
I’m sure your channel helps many people who need reassurance and good luck with your future debates and guidance.

I found the perfect way to beat stress.

Just beat up everything that gives you stress.

If it breaks or stays away, you've beaten the stress!

At some point in my life, I know that I'm toxic, I'm still working it out to become better but, no matter how many times I try, I always fail. It's kinda suck that you try your best and you get the worst.
