California is trying to raise its minimum wage to $15 an hour, and Bernie Sanders wants the federal minimum wage to go that high too. With income inequality so widespread, a higher minimum wage could give a lot of people struggling to pay their rent some relief. #FightFor15

This is madness. We should stop giving so much money to foreign aid, stop getting involved in other countries affairs and fix our own.

Dude, I make $50, 000 a year, and still cannot afford the apartment I want, which is $1, 050 a month for a one bedroom. I have a new vehicle I needed for work, which is $500 a month, plus insurance. I have tons of other bills too, and I am actually scared of what I am going to do. I am newly single after 14 years too, and I never thought I'd be starting over at 44 years old. By the way, I am attempting to rent an apartment in a suburb of Austin, which is ridiculously expensive.

Raising the minimum wage will not make housing more affordable. That will just drive up the price of rent even more.

Regulations make it too expensive and/or sometimes impossible to build more places to live/rent.
Increase the supply of places for people to live in.
