Used to, it wasn’t procedure to steam the quesadillas. I feel like there’s so many things that we did at my Taco Bell to make the food better and more efficient that it caught on elsewhere.

Thank you for cutting it properly, some people are lazy and just cut it into 3 straight lines.

Also its neat that the arrows at the top of the bag are actually where you're supposed to aim your cuts

Definitely a lot of work, but it's easily one of the best things on the menu. Gotta get extra sauce I think too
