The detaining officer who also undertook the search stated that they suspected AB was an auditor. This removed the Reasonable Grounds to suspect AB was a thief and therefore the search was unlawful. Just how dim are the Police?

growing up round in northwich i can remember the old beat officer who cared about the comunity and new how to police all we have now is the rocky horror show

The policeman says the auditor was exhibiting "strange behaviour" whilst a man impersonating a police woman is but feet away from him...go figure.
