this is the first asmr video targeted towards adhd that i’ve actually enjoyed. not to say that other content creators don’t make quality content, but the videos are typically very overwhelming for me. this one was very fast paced but my brain just clicked with the speed instead of getting upset by it. the tone of voice was also perfect and i enjoyed how the mic wasn’t too loud (softer but still clearly audible sounds). the light triggers and pepe (sorry if it’s misspelled) we’re very tingly and i wasn’t wearing earbuds. thank u for this!
