for the groups of 8 I said counting beats if that makes sense? because personally I'm a ballet dancer, and our teacher always counts the beat of the music in 8th, like "12345678, 22345678". btw i really appreciate your adhd themed asmr videos !! the vibe is very cool and chill, your room setup is very pretty! <3
