Idk i think ichigo being at 85% is a pretty fair assumption its stated that part of the reasont why ichigo is a special war power is his potential where he gets stronger after every fight and dangai ichigo had more spirutal pressure than hyogyoku infuesd aizen who was a transcendent being. Obviously he isnt the strongest in the verse but is consistently in the top 5 by EOS

Tanjiro at 70 percent makes perfect sense and he could even be higher because if you were to be a villain in the demon slayer universe, he would be turned into a demon and to make him a villain without changing too much of the story at the end, when he gets turned into the new king of Demons, if he wasn’t able to bring himself back and succumb to the evil he would be at 100 percent

Dawg… Deku was fighting class 1-A while he hasn’t had ANY SLEEP, EXHAUSTED, AND DEKU WASNT EVEN FIGHTING BACK. But saying Tanjiro is not Hashira level is just… absurd, that 70% is fair because at the end he is Hashira level and even the story says that. Other than that I’d say everything else is pretty accurate.

A lot of people talking about 1A vs. Deku but everybody forgets one thing: Villain Deku would never even allow it to come to that.

The big thing about early Deku is his analytical skills and intelligence. If those are utilized by him as a villain he will make it so that nobody even knows he is the villain before it is to late to stop him.
