I agree that the scrum master is the agile coach to the organization, but often, I've noticed that organizations have "agile coaches" that don't work with teams and are separate from the scrum masters. The dividing line between these two roles often is scrum master works with teams & agile coach works with organization. An interesting video topic might be debunking that myth or how you might go about changing the culture of your org to make it easier for scrum masters to operate at that org level.

A few other issues I have seen when Scrum Masters don't collaborate with the wider organization:
* Increased attrition.
* Increased impediments especially when parts of the process are critical to delivery.
* Increased likelihood of missing critical milestones which can cause a higher degree of scrutiny from sponsors.
* Increased resentment among middle managers and those responsible for organizational process; could turn an Agile advocate into someone actively resisting/surviving the organization's implementation of Agile.
* Decreased ability of Project Manager being able to defend the budget thereby impacting the ability to acquire needed funding for the team.
* Inability of the Project Manager to effectively answer important sponsor questions.

If Scrum Master does collaborate with the wider organization:
* Leveraging existing knowledge.
* Those interested in Agile help propagate Agile adoption more easily, effectively, smoothly, and widely. Fosters inclusiveness and transparency.
* Leveraging existing relationships to help move delivery forward (i.e. removal of impediments).

Q: How would a question about Scrum look at the PSM1, PSM2 and PSM3 assertions look respectively? I'd like an example
of how a question would be asked/framed for the different levels of PSM certs to get a picture of how a Scrum Master
would have to level up to be able to earn each cert.
