My husband has a job offer from a company that pays their employees as 1099. So, if he takes the job, he'll go from W2 to 1099.

We haven't started the homebuying process. We're in beginning stages of preparing to get ready. Lol!

Does that only depend on the state ur in? I've been told u have to have the same job for two years. I've been in trucking for three years but not the same company. I was denied because I was told I needed two years with one the company before, she said it doesn't look good when u keep changing companies

I have a consistent work history for years. However in September I quite my long term job in sales to start my own business in design/construction. I have a good credit score with a large down payment. The bank says they need two years of work history at my current job. Any advice?
