What would be nice to see from future Chevrolet would be:
Slight redesign, supercharger, better cooling- Camaro MuscleCar
Put back into production, slight redesign, better aerodynamics, improve engine- SS SportsCar
Improve aerodynamics, larger and more powerful engine, reduce extra weight- Corvette Supercar

Interesting video. And also interesting to see GMs more exotic/less muscle approach to the Z06. Personally, I’d prefer the s/c 6.2 liter that they stuck in the last Z06, or even a revamped 427. Oh well, I hope the people that buy the car like it.

I am concerned about the reliability of the FPC engine. Ford had had issues with the Mustang GT-350. Same issues with Ferrari FPC engine. Ferrari uses a much smaller liter size of their past FPC V8s. The balance and vibration in a higher compression ratio and 5.5 L V8 has always had reliability concerns. Do you want to pay $110+K Corvette and have to get rid of it because it is fragile???? That’s my concern!!!

Got on the waiting list months ago, currently have a 2019 Z06 and love the sound and torque but I think FPC engines are amazing and the sound is just incredible. We’ll see once they release it, I’m sure they will be backed up for years, the waiting list is already like over 2 years lol.

flat plane sounds way better.
But what I worry about is durability of the 5.5 if that's what it is but it doesn't sound like it's that large of displacement IMO. either that or it's low compression.
