Elderberry Gummies

Briana, from Art and Bri, came for a visit and we made elderberry dummies!

**dosing is different for every mold. I have figured out which mold is in tsp and tbsp and will dose according to this schedule:

preventative:

child: 1 tsp per day
adult: 1 tbsp per day

sick:

1 tsp every hour until feeling better
1 tbsp every hour until feeling better

***I am not a doctor, this is just what I do for my family. If you need further guidance or have questions/concerns, I recommend you see a dr. that you trust. ***

I don't know how I went this long without watching your channel! I watch Justin's (mostly to see what you and the kids are up to 😉). Great video!

We made gummies this morning. Super easy. Thank you for this video. One week of gummies costs us $17. This totally saves us.

I made fruit leather. Smear some jam with gelatin on a baking tray with baking paper on, and dry it in the oven. Cut it in stripes and roll them together and put them in a glass jar.

I just made these and used silicone ice cube trays. Already had them on hand. Worked perfectly! Thanks, Rebekah!

Love this, I'm about to make some. We've been sick and I'm getting tired of the elderberry syrup getting everywhere. This will simplify things so much, now I only have to make the mess once instead of every time I get out the bottle of elderberry syrup! Thank you so much for sharing.

Holly Hannah! That is so much gummie. I buy these from the health food store for $15 a bottle. When my 4 kids start to get sick we run for this stuff. I have to make my own. Thanks for teaching this.

You can corn starch the molders too and if you let them sit in the fridge longer with the corn starch it should dry them out a little more so they are more like gummies
