First of all, let me say that I appreciate you dressing up in exercise attire to create a more exercise environment. Some women feel that putting on lingerie to show these stretches is good for views. Not from me. It is so important that showing these stretches is done with a more exercise intention. Thanks for the great videos for pelvic floor muscles and relaxation! Also, considering your video regarding pelvic floor relaxation, may I ask how much it would take to feel that opening during sex? I am planning to practice 2 videos of yours daily. It's fine if I don't see any improvements in the first months, but it would be nice to estimate to see the improvements :) Thanks for the videos again! :)

I had a surgery for a uterine prolapse 2 years ago now, was going to PT for almost a year and was not ‘feeling’ results if ya know what I mean lol and I found you and, just wow. You’re amazing and you make everything so easy to follow. This is one of my favorites I just finished it today ❤
