This is the worst phone I’ve ever had my S21 ultra with 512 gb storage fully up to date on updates.I’m quite computer literate have a Mac Pro and other equipment but this phone is impossible to read an email as the app keeps crashing, even the Samsung store crashes, many apps just open and crash.I hardly use this phone as luckily I have two others it’s in pristine condition yet it’s a complete waist of time .Have tried everything except erasing the entire photo which means I would have to start all over again like a new phone.This should not be necessary. Done all of the above and it still crashes other than a factory reset.This I’ve never done on any mobile phone I’ve owned since the very beginning of the smartphone era and prior.

If you do a search on YouTube of Samsung phones restarting randomly over and over you'll find many videos... Yet Samsung will say it's not an issue!!! Dont biuy their phones again i certainly won't be!!
