✨ | 5 lessons that I learned after being in studygram community. I had a studygram for almost three years and I experienced most of hyped study trends. There are so many posts with Muji, Zebra Mildliners, iPads, MacBooks... but, are these things really necessary? Is Studytube overhyped?

✨ STUDYING AT 1 A.M.

🗣 HOW TO STUDY A NEW LANGUAGE

The focus of this video is to show my opinion about some important topics that are always trending on Instagram. When it comes to studies, we see a lot of students wanting to buy more pens that they use and when you join this community, you start being influenced by that. What is your opinion about study trends? Are they overhyped? What are the lessons you learned or noticed in studyblr community?
I hope you enjoy this video. 🤍

I just started a studygram and your video appeared on my yt feed!
Totally agree with you. I started with the intention to show how my journey ACTUALLY IS. I don't know if the community will appreciate my approach, but at the same time I'm so tired to see all the "fake perfection" in everything... student life is not about perfect notes and tidy desks, it's about learning and connecting with people.

Thank you for your video 😁

i agree with you. i love the studygram community and it helped me a lot with my motivation. but i set some rules to myself, that i wouldnt force myself to post pretty notes, and that i wouldnt force myself to post at all, because sometimes i have so much to do that i cant just sit down, write something, take photos, edit those photos etc. i also like to follow small accounts that dont post ~~pretty aesthetic notes~~. i prefer to see posts that show what the person is actually studying, their content, than to see posts that are just pretty but the content is whatever.
in my experience, studygram works better if you don't take it too seriously.

I 100% agree with everything you said in this video. I have an account that I use to basically show my language skills and to follow other language learners. However, I don't post much, and when I do, I don't like adding colour because 1) I know O won't be able to focus, and 2) it's not important at all. My notes never look pretty but what's important is that I'm able to review them and understand myself. You give really good advice for anyone who does want to start doing these 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

“Like, yesterday!” 🤣 Loved the vid, everything you said is totally true. Especially about not having to be productive all the time. That’s something that I used to feel guilty about, but recently I’ve realized that it’s important to rest too. 💖

Hey, thanks for sharing this. I take back my comment on the other video about wanting a list of supplies. Color is beautiful & I have lots of fun pens. I think I was just wanting to feel perfect with pretty notes. But your messages that you are more than your school & to enjoy the hobby make me grateful for the real reason to study. ❤

Certíssima, disse tudo !! 👏👏👏

👏👏👏 Love the video, Bia! Comparing yourself to others is unfortunately something that many of us face on social media. Changing your mindset and being happy with the goals that you have set for yourself and accomplished is very important. 🤍

Love this video. I had a studygram months ago and deleted because my classes were stressful and couldn't post everyday. I also don't have perfect handwriting. I also would like to start over since I have a new mindset now after taking a break. I definitely enjoy this video. You hit all the right topics!!

This might sound quite silly but one specific Chinese studygram account was one of the reasons I started to hate Chinese language (the language I used to learn and love) indeed my life problems and problems in my country are both important reasons but this account made me feel so so sad, because this person lived in China, and had many books and all that I can't afford, she posted about the people she talked to and so on, I didn't have anyone to talk to and I only had the internet but I didn't think it was good for me to contact people online because I didn't want to share much about myself, I think I was and I am a masochist because I know that content hurts me but I still saw a lot of that account. But I just want to clear up that this person didn't share anything in a mean way, pretty much the opposite, but it still affected me in an awful way...
