I find what takes up the most of my time is trying to keep up with the changes and detective out what the programmers have done. By the time you post a video explaining how to use a feature (thank you for this by the way), the feature has been moved and renamed. Canned Response is now known as Templates.

Terrifically helpful. NEEDED info: after enabling Canned Responses, MUST scroll to bottom to Save Changes. Only then will "Canned Responses" appear as an option for an email.

Hi, there! Thanks for the video. I noticed that when I am adding an image via google drive link (I've also tried a Google Photos link) with my canned response, the images will appear to some of my recipients while other customers see the text in my canned response, but they see a blank box with a broken image icon in the upper left. Please help! My customers are puzzled with my many of the images (the image in my signature works just fine) are broken. :(


As far as I know, I have tried opening and copying the link from google drive in a private window, then copying that link into my canned response template, and the issue continues. Some can see the images, and others can't.

My recipients would greatly appreciate your help.
