Cleaning tip. Buy an all purpose cleaner (APC) like the ones that car detailers use (get the one you can dilute, it’ll turn out cheaper). You would also need a microfibre cloth and a detailing brush.

Obviously if your boots are muddy then hose it down or wash off as much of that mud as you can

Dilute APC 10:1 or more. Spray on your microfibre cloth and wipe away. For more detailed work use the brush

I do it on mine. Works like a charm. It doesn’t harm your boots, you can even use it on leather boots.

Wipe the boot with a damp microfibre towel to wipe away any excess cleaner.

Detailing brush is your best friend if you want to clean the nooks and crannies of your boot.

Looks like a great boot! I'll be waiting to see the AG model though and hopefully they've tweaked the design of the plate a bit to fix the cracking around the 3/4 stud on the medial side. Seen some references to the superfly 4 on the softness so I'm going to need to give these a try!

I was a big time nike fan, but with all the changes it doesn't fit what i look like at all ( surely great boot but not what i'm looking for) I tested the Puma ultra Carbon and i m speechless, a sensation of taking off the ground when on your toes due to the solid soleplat, remarkable !

Hi Jay, love your review. Considering the Mercurial Pro model usually has a similar upper compared to the Elite, how much different do you think this generation Pro model will be conpared to the Elite?

I imagine the Pro upper won’t have the Gripknit and Atomknit, but it will still have the Elite’s Flyknit material. Considering it’s a takedown version, this will be a very impressive feature, and could even a better choice for players who would not want too much grip on their Mercurials.
