I’m not trying to be like the type of person who decides who should have won and what not but, if I’m being honest. Last Genocide is basically a direct upgrade from Last Breath like how Dust Sans is stronger than Normal Sans. And since last genocide is just Last Breath but Dusttale, if we take into consideration the power I would say DTLG should’ve one. This is just my un-bias stand point but it’s understandable why it’s a draw as well.

DTLG and Lb scaling:
Phase 1: Wall Level. Gaster blaster dmg: 4, Bone dmg: 3. Meanwhile Lb all dmg is around 2.
Phase 2: Wall Level to Low Building. Dmg same for phase 1. His sword can reflect attacks. It dealt around 4 dmg. Orange bones are usually used by Sans in this phase. Lb used bone to block attacks. Dmg is also same.
Phase 3: DTLG(Low-Building), Lb(Wall Level). In this phase he destroyed buttons. Lb can do that too. This made some different here. DTLG Gaster has shown that he was able to do more things than Lb Gaster. Meanwhile Lb Gaster didn't do much in the fight. DTLG Gaster can summon some Gaster's flowey(idk how to call these things). Lb and DTLG both get tired in a time.
Phase 4: DTLG(Large Building). This is the result when Sans used a beast soul. He can beat Chara in this phase meanwhile Lb lost. Note: Lb doesn't have more than 3 phases. With these tiers. You know that who will win, right? Lb can beat DTLG phase 1 at max. Lb phase 3 doesn't have any chance against DTLG phase 3. Cause DTLG Gaster has more abilities than LB Gaster. Phase 2 DTLG can beat LB phase 2 easily. Cause DTLG can use sword to slash. Meanwhile Lb phase 2 can't do that. Note: Canonically Lb just has 2 phases now. And Canon DTLG has 4 phases. Which meant DTLG slams easily. EB and other phases aren't canon. Stop using it. Even with EB. I don't think that EB can beat DTLG phase 4. DTLG phase 4 is Beyond game logic.
