The NOAA River Forecast Center (RFC) Flooding Inundation Mapping (FIM) service depicts the maximum inundation extent derived from the official RFC forecast routed downstream through the National Water Model (NWM) stream network. This video describes this visualization service, how it is produced, and how it should be used alongside services such as the NWM FIM.
