This 583 sq ft one bedroom floor plan is perfect for a garage conversion ADU. We converted a 2-car garage into a fully habitable Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and have used the same design for two smaller garage conversions since then.

A few people have asked about the ducting on the roof of this plan. That's a specification requested by the owner of this property - which can be modified easily. We also offer a version of the Commonwealth that uses ductless mini-split air conditioning with a condenser on the exterior wall.
