The Car Brands That Didn't Make It

Unfortunately, not all car manufacturers are able to stay around forever. Occasionally you will see a cult favourite suddenly drop off the face of the earth, and that is a very sad day for most petrolheads. It may be a matter of financing, bad management, or simply an act of reorganisation that may take a few victims. Let's take a look at some of the biggest in recent times.

The city rover you discussed about was a rebadged version of the Tata Indica, I noticed it cause the Indica is quite common in

Meh, I don't care about GM's brands, mainly because that's all they are, brands. Some of the cars still exist under a different badge, as evidenced by the Hummer EV.

Shame about Saab though.

Rip Ford and Holden. Australia doesn't build anything anymore.

My first car was a 1966 Pontiac Catalina two-door custom it was champagne colored and all original came from a couple that bought it originally from the factory and then when her husband died in the early 2000s she donated it to my uncle's salvage auto shop G&G auto junkyard it ran perfectly had 63000 of miles it even had the original stickers spare in the trunk and jack I owned it for about a year before I wrapped it around a telephone Good times now it's at desert valley Auto parts in North PHX Az

I'm curious about something.
SAAB, the car manufacturer, went bankrupt under GM and as a result it died. SAAB, the Swedish Aviation company, is still making aircraft (though they don't have much of an export market sadly). If SAAB (the aircraft company) wanted to make a car again, would they be allowed to use the SAAB name brand on it?
