Thank you very very much. We 'searched Youtube for paperjam' and started following the video. After 10 minutes we had lost the will to live; we were now taking off 4 screws and ripping off the plastic facia on the top face housing all the function buttons. We made a cup of tea and decided to give up. We priced up a new printer to purchase tomorrow. However we had one more try on Youtube and we found your brilliant but simple solution Syed. Straightforward, easy and to the point. Thank you again!
