‘Critical’ India, China and Russia become part of the climate change solution

It is “quite critical” India, China and Russia - who have not committed to net zero by 2050 - become part of the climate change solution, according to Labor Senator Tony Sheldon.

Sky News host Chris Kenny pointed out India, China and Russia collectively produce more than 40 per cent of the world’s carbon emissions.

“We should keep engaging with those countries, make sure that they become party to it because they have to become part of the solution,” Mr Sheldon told Mr Kenny.

As per today’s news India, Russia and China together produce 2/5 of the world pollution. They forgot to mention that these countries together hold about half the worlds population! So actually they are producing less

Few suggestions for saving world
1.G7 should invest minimum 1% of their GDP in green investment in developing countries like India
2. Minimum 1 trillion USD fund should be invested in India for her energy diversification by Developed countries..
3. India must be included in NSG (Nuclear Suppliers Group) for greater access in raw materials and other Nuclear technologies..
4. China and Made in China products should be heavily taxed for their continued new coal power plant openings and operations..
5. Russia, Saudi and other oil rich nations should be warned as well as encouraged to diversify their exports from fossil fuel to other products..
6. Every Country must join International Solar Alliance and International Infrastructure Resilient Fund initiative..
