my girlfriend is a real estate agent here in ny and when someone ask her if she knows an agent let's say for example in florida, she gladly say yes because no matter the estate she will get $2000 commision... i see how all this real estate agents works they are like mafia

I don't feel this was as information as described. Also, you mentioned a sales agent has 4 years, that's not really true. A sales agent has 2 years before their licensing expires. Possibly mentioned the conditions for an extension, or that you have to become a broker.
