As an ex-smoker, I used to dread nicotine withdrawal, which often led me to relapse or avoid quitting altogether. Until I realized the truth about withdrawal.

Your videos helped my husband with the the mental part of quitting. The why has to be enough to make you cry. Forty five years smoking got him periphrial artery disease in one leg. Couldn't even walk to the grocery store door without stopping in pain. It's been over a year and he never picked up another cigarette. Combined with walking more and a better diet, his leg endurance has been improving. He honestly says though if it wasn't for the loss of his leg he wouldn't have even considered quitting. He was very addicted to smoking.

Withdrawal is literally your body screaming at you to give it whatever substance or drug it’s gotten accustomed to having

I have to be honest, I did enjoy smoking very much. I only quit (cold turkey) about of couple of months ago just because of health reasons…
I know it’s not good for me and that I am saving money, but the fact is that I enjoyed it…
Even people tell me “Congratulations!! I just look at them and tell them “Yeah….whatever…Whoopty doo”
