Smacks of unprofessional, reckless conduct deserving of criminal charges given the likely overt stupidity and serious injury.
That wasn't a likely innocent mistake given the circumstances but who knows,
Crew changes are a constant so I wouldn't read too much in a couple of crew leaving but if the entire crew quit en masse then that is significant.
What is notable is that high profile M/Y Loon have stopped communicating in social media, that infers damage control, recognition that this was a major ****-**, and a real brand killer. People won't pay millions for a charter if the crew are unprofessional and risk their lives!!!

I used to watch the Loon Youtube channel when they first bought the yacht and did all the work to get it ready for charter and crossed the Atlantic.
After they started charters, it wasn't as fun to watch.
