You got a TON done! Holy cow! That guest room was overwhelming, but you plowed right thru it! Even the pantry. Awesome.
I remember a tip I read years ago, and they said not to buy something until you knew exactly where you were going to put it (like your husband said). That has helped me countless times since then.

Thanks so much for your honesty. A lot of us feel anxious and or depressed these days. In the past, I’ve gone off my anti-deppresant because I’ve felt so good, only to have my (fairly mild, but definitely there) depression come back. I finally decided that for the foreseeable future I’m going to stay on it and not feel bad or embarrassed about it.

Thank you so much for sharing your story with anxiety; I also suffer from generalized anxiety and panic disorder w/ agoraphobia. And yes, it is crippling. It is SO hard when you feel alone, and like others don’t understand. Please know, you are NOT alone. Give yourself grace. You’re healing. Don’t worry about posting a million videos 💗 Hugs to you!!!

I have struggled with anxiety and OCD as well. I realized caffeine triggers mine. After going completely caffeine free I have become a different person. I still have occasional episodes but they are manageable now and not overwhelming. I hope you can find something to ease your anxiety like I did. Thank you for your videos. I really enjoy them.

A church nearby did a free yard sale and needed donations…I never knew something could give me so much motivation! 😂 I swear it looked like I donated the whole house- best feeling!!!

Lauren, i just love your videos and that you show real life. My house looks like a tornado wiped through it during the work week with two boys of my own. We just clean and reset on the weekend and then repeat the cycle. I too was on medication for several years (Celexa) for anxiety, and then last year went on vacation out of the country and forgot my prescription. It was that time in my life where i decided to try to live without it. Fortunately, it has worked for me to be off the meds, but i still have rough days. Don't ever feel bad for needing to be on medication! I was at a very low, low place in life when i went on anxiety meds and it truely helped me to be a better mom, wife, person, etc. I just decided last year to try life without it and it has worked out for me. There are times when i am feeling the weight of anxiety, that i wonder if i made the right decision, but i will do something to get my mind off of it and it passes...much like you did with your pantry. I will clean, organize or even go through decor bins and closets to declutter. Life is too short to be unhappy, so take care of yourself even if it means you have to take something for anxiety!

My sweet Lauren, don't worry so much and keep on medication. Some day in the future you will be healhty in the name of God. Don't give up. You are like a daughter to me and I'll pray for you like I pray for my kids. Love your video like always. Love from Puerto Rico ❤️.

So sweet of you to gift your mom a new bed. I have been decluttering all of my clothes and giving them to a womens shelter who help pregnant and abused women. All your blankets donate to a homeless shelter or animal shelter.

Thank you for talking about mental health. My hope is that one day we can think of taking medication for mental health as "normal" as needing medication for anything else. Wishing better days for you. 💛💛

Oh sweet, sweet girl, I so understand your experience with anxiety. I am almost 59 and have dealt with anxiety most of my life. I have had a successful career, raised my daughter and have two wonderful grandsons. I know my life seems perfect but I have struggled through it. However, I have learned to cope over the years and come to realize that I need medication. You should feel bad. If you are diabetic, you need insulin. If you have high blood pressure, you take a pill. Mental illnesses are no different. Our brains need help to function properly. There is no shame in that. Sending you all the love and support in the world❤

Omg I am the same way with blankets. Back in 2001 when I was a kid we had an ice storm and no power for 2 weeks. I now hoard blankets because you never know and I’m not gonna be cold 😂

I totally get where you are coming from. I think people who don’t deal with it can’t really understand what it’s like. Like you, it helps me to stay busy. Organizing especially takes my mind to a better place and stops me ruminating.

You don’t have to apologize! You take care of yourself so that you can take care of the boys. I know that you will find the right thing to help you feel your best. I will be praying for you!

Hi Lauren, I’ve been following your channel for a long time. I enjoy and relate with you a lot on anxiety. I don’t take anything but at times I struggle with feeling overwhelmed. I have two teenage daughters and a disabled husband who had a stroke 3 years ago. I feel very down some days. Mom and wife life is not easy. Hang in there, you’re doing a great job! Make sure you take time for you too. ❤️😊 Jen

I am so so sorry to hear about your struggle with anxiety, I now it is way easier said than done but what really helps me when I'm anxious is to just surrender to God. He is in control and always knows what is best.❤❤❤
