Man this video honestly had me tearing up the whole time. The fact that I almost took my life yesterday and hearing everything lost had to say really gave me a push that I needed. I remember before where I never too mental health serious but now once you go through it yourself you realize how important it and how much people should really start to spread more awareness about it

I have similar issues and seizures spiked once my mom took me into hospital. I get into shape and workout twice a day. Getting better everyday. Stay strong and healthy. 💪🏻
