Sell argus boots, and equip malefic roar, triginity, sea halberd, haaw claws and see him destroying thamuz, no matter what build he has

If you wanna win 1 vs 1 against argus in 1 vs 1, use
corrision scythe
golden staff
demon hunter (sea helbert is ok too)
Oracle
dominiance ice (must)
You can also sell boots and buy queen wings

emblem set: Rapture or swift
Tenacity
Brave Smite
Battle spell : Vengence

Trust me, that argus will die before thamuz's ulti run out. One thing is that open your ult and vengence once the argus have use his ulti and never rush to use your ulti. Don't use items that increase hp, instead buy items that increase defense with less hp.

Golden staff
Malefic roar

Battle spell:

If think Thamuz should be losing, you need to know the fight shown is not even fair for Thamuz bcs he uses SeaHalberd which is useless for him due to already existing Domi and Argus Hp is not higher, so Thamuz technically missing 1 Item, yet he wins regardless. You can probably make Argus win, but fighting where you literally eating all Thamuz's passive is not gonna end well.

Argus uses crit build... As a argus user if u want to counter argus .... Use gatotkacha and natalia... Or run away and attack back. (Plz use the correct build)

Hear me out... Thamuz usually needs only one attack speed item and then all tanky items (like oracle, gaurdian helmet, cursed helmet etc) then he will be a literal DEMON in a 1v1 battle...

Argus does not need boots and usually takes crit and attack speed item hybrids (wind talker, hass claws, gd spear etc). With the recent revamp of Argus he literally DELETES squishy heros but has some trouble against tanky heros (Like thamuz)

Therefore In a battle between these two.. Thamuz would most likely win since his passive Grand Lord Lava deals True damage in basic attacks so thamuz can shred the enemies in long term fights. Argus's revamp changed his ult duration from 4 to 8 seconds which can be enough time to be equal to thamuz but not greater.

In the end both of these heros are Killing machines in 1v1 fights so i recommend using them in solo ranks since they are literally Peices of garbage in Team fights

Always have malefic roar against tanky Heroes But if the enemy team Has No Tank And only healers replace malefoc roar with Bod and Not even 2 slashes On a marksman or Mage and their gone from the map
