#Mazda crossovers are hot right now. Which is why Mazda is trying to fill in some gaps in their SUV lineup. For 2020, the #MazdaCX30 combines the size of the CX-3 and CX-5. Based on the next generation Mazda3 platform, this sleek new crossover will debut with the new #SkyActivX engine, available AWD, and probably the nicest cabin in the mainstream class. When the #CX30 goes on sale in early 2020, it should fit nicely into the Mazda lineup. mazda 3 2019

Arghhhh I absolutely despise the trend of putting huge amounts of black plastic around the wheel arches. I hoped it would part from the CX-3 on that level. Other than that I think it looks great.

I'm surprised that you went to Geneva just to entertain us. I appreciate your dedication

Hmm, another crossover that looks like a smaller version of another crossover but slightly smaller but bigger than another. We use to call them Hatchbacks, lol

Great review from Geneva Auto Show! I applaud the way your able to report despite having crowds around you. Mazda CX-30 looks interesting enough to look out for here in the US.

Honestly of people think the CX-5 is large they're not above 5 feet in height cause I have one and it's definitely not huge. Mazda should focus on bringing the CX-8 they made which sits between the CX5 and CX9. That's what we want a 5 seater mid size cause right now it's either we buy the 7 seater CX9 which some of us don't need or settle with the CX5 from which we would like a little more space ( practicality) No instead they decide to make a vehicle that sits between the CX3 and CX5. Then again this is probably aimed at the European market if so that's a brilliant move. In the US can we please have the CX8. Just make it left hand and ship it down with the turbo charged engine. Thank you <3

Nomenclature makes no sense. But another beauty from Mazda.

I got confused, thought it was a CX-3 !

Finally, Mazda listens to people's needs - more rear space and better airy feeling/visibility especially from rear seats; still want to see bigger windows all around!

While companies like Hyundai are trying hard to make a luxury label, Mazda just decides to turn its whole make into a luxury label without telling anyone lol. AMAZING

This looks amazing when compared to the new Mazda3. Overall great design. One negative is just that theres a bit much lower plastic on the sides. I like it around the wheel arches, but along the doors its too much. It does have a floating appearance, which is somewhat cool.

What exactly is the market slot? The Rogue Sport? Woulda been smarter to come out with a new CX-7 to compete with Passport, Edge, Murano, Blazer, etc. Probably just a matter of time.

This car is beautiful. I LOVE what Mazda is doing design-wise these days (unlike most other Japanese makers.)

Perfect size. CX-3 is a little too small and the CX-5 is a little too big to suit me.

Since this is based on the Mazda 3, Woukd you say it’s safe to assume that the 3 will also get the Skyactive X for the US market in 2020?

It looks amazing. Some of the smaller details especially are very impressive. I wish it was available with the turbo from the CX-5 though.

I agree some countries need cars not as big as cx 5 but not as cramped as cx3 but for the US CX8 might have been more welcome.

I can’t wait to see the new 6 revealed! My current 6 lease is up in perfect timing.

I like the action of the turning signals.

I'd love Mazda's design language all day long but as many of you commented, what's the point of this car when there's cx-3. They should've brought CX-7 category to compete in the suv jungle.
