Kamala Harris prepares to make history as first US female, Black vice president

Kamala Harris will be sworn in as the US vice president on Wednesday, making her the first Black woman to hold the position.
She will join incoming President Joe Biden in the White House after four years as the junior senator from California and a career as a senior prosecutor.
Her appointment is unprecedented and will likely affect the Biden administration, say analysts.
