Generally, no ones will tell you how to run their bussiness. But Sage Audio is differ, they do mastering, but also tell you how to do mastering with your own, it's just big WOW for me. It means, mastering is not easy, but doesn't mean you can't do it with yourself, you still can do it, but it will more challanging, because there's lot to be consider when do mastering process. A cool thing you can do in Cubase's Control Room is insert plugins that you hear across your master bus, but will not be included in the export. So that would be a great way to use your EQ-profile trick. Thanks for the cool ideas! Cheers!

I have one question. You said that during mastering it's good to use 96k sample rate. But what happens ones I finish mastering and render the track in either 44k or 48k? Does downgrading sampler rate while exporting include aliasing distortion ect? So correct me if I'm wrong, work in 96k and export it in 44k or 48k at the end? Thank you.
