[TF2] How to get 15.2 Lerp (Lowest lerp)

Qucik and simple. Just the way I like it :3 Anyhow, in this video I show you how to get 15.2 lerp each time you launch the game. If you don't know how to type, then just copy & paste these lines where the video tells you to:
-exec autoexec | Launch options
exec network | In your autoexec

The autoexec is automatically executed, meaning putting "-autoexec" in your launch options isn't required.
