You told us about the AR but what about the ladder. What type of ladder? one that you can easily put on top of the car and drive for an hour down the road? Is it his dad's ladder? What year was it purchased? Do we have video evidence of the purchase? Home Depot? Lowe's or Contractor's supply house? Is there any video of him carrying the ladder to the roof? Did some just leave the ladder propped up on the side of the building for anyone to use? Was it a permanent ladder? telescopic, or folding? If the ladder looks similar to those used in the military, is over 10 feet, adjustable and was used to commit a crime is it now an assault ladder that should be banned?
