I knew this year would be a lot of travel and whacky schedules, so rather than forcing myself into a specific routine and “body goals”, I embraced variety and valued movement, of all kinds. So much of our health is also what we put INSIDE our bodies and our internal thoughts and messages! When I started loving myself a little bit more, I also saw a huge difference in how my body FELT. It’s always a balance 💪🏼

Oh also - don’t forget to stretch!!
