I don't think he was ever the same after that 3rd round with Carlos. Rory was awesome the first two rounds. Had a different fight style. One of someone who had never been beaten

The importance of overall Boxing in MMA has skyrocketed, same thing happened to Almeida, fantastic fighter but his skill set is dated.

I disagree with saying you have doubt he can make a run at PFL, i think he wins it. You forget in the ufc he was fighting all top 10 guys the last few years and Lima and Mousasi are two of the best at their weight class too, now compare that to the level of guys he'll face in pfl. I think we'll see him put on his wrestling/bjj skills on dispay and minimize damage as much as possible, he fell in love too much with his striking in previous years i hope we get to see his vicious gnp

He won by first round sub so we really won't know until his next fight
