Bilawal Bhutto Speech At SCO Meeting: Pakistan FM Invokes Kashmir & Art 370 Without Naming India

Pakistani FM Bilawal Bhutto made indirect references to India in his speech at the SCO Foreign Ministers meeting in Goa on Friday. Bhutto made an apparent reference to the Abrogation of Article 370 and spoke about mediation by 'big players'. "The collective security of our peoples is our joint responsibility. Terrorism continues to threaten global security. Let’s not get caught up in weaponising terrorism for diplomatic point scoring," Bhutto said.

While Mr.Bhutto was in India, there were clashes between the Indian army and terrorists where six terrorists were gunned down and we lost one of our brave soldiers. If they follow the same rhetoric of conducting meetings without taking concrete steps on curbing terrorism across borders, it is meaningless to talk to them. It is they who have to act first. They havent shown seriousness in their commitment to normalise the relationship between the two countries.
