Dinosaur Unit Study Themed Homeschool Morning Basket

After mulling it over for months, I finally accumulated materials that I really like for a literature approach to a dinosaur unit study. We like to utilize our morning basket for unit studies, by taking the pieces of a morning basket, like devotions, poetry, art, ect...and attempting to bring them altogether for a common theme that also serves or enhances our science or history studies as well, when we can. Occasionally we can catch something math as well, and apply that to the theme, phonics is the one subject I have yet to do this with, as I don't feel it works very well to try and apply this technique to a reading lessons, as we are on a phonics mastery path.
