Mel/honey no açaí? Não. Usamos xarope/syrup de guaraná. O guaraná é uma fruta amazônica que tem propriedades energéticas e estimulantes. Aqui no Brasil, o guaraná pode ser consumido em pó, cápsulas, xarope e o refrigerante/soda.

Churrasco não é feito no fogo alto, e muito menos servido com aquela pasta verde. Churrasco que se preza leva apenas sal grosso (a não ser as partes feitas com carnes de porco, que devem marinar em suco de limão).
O resto é coisa pra piá de apartamento, como dizemos em Curitiba...

Correction: Moqueca is originally from Espirito Santo and there is no milk in the recipe. In Bahia they use coconut milk. For the natives of the state of Espirito Santo, the rest of the country makes "peixada", only the Espírito Santo makes moqueca. This feijoada was missing: pig's snout, ear, foot, tail. Because these were the meats available to slaves.
