Here in Greece the standard size for a surf casting rod is 3.90 m or 4.20 m and we're throwing em with 60-80 g weights for rods with 100-150 casting weight and for rods with 100-200 - 100-250 we use 80-100-120 and can send them like 200 with 250 foot away

If distance matters then you might want to shorten that hook leader by a lot.
Like a big helicopter whirling around won’t get too far

Disqualified. Roids. Lol. With a spinning reel? Looks like a penn battle 4500. I remember up at rhe canal one year Ron Arra casting almost all the way across. A fuckin SERIOUS cast. Could barely see where it landed
