SALBOX BOXING: FUNDAMENTAL FOOTWORK & HEAD MOVEMENT | BEGINNERS TO INTERMEDIATE LVL

In this video, I will demonstrate how to perform fundamental boxing footwork drills and head movement shadow boxing. I will do Box Steps, Pivots and Slips using backfoot rotation. At the end of the tutorial I also add a repertoire of all the movements with a count.

Along with all of the techniques I display all the principles and teaching points for boxers and coaches alike.

Great video, coach! Quick question about static slips: would it be wrong from an orthodox position to turn my leading foot when slipping to the right? why do we only turn the back foot and always leave the leading foot planted? wouldn't it make more sense to turn the leading foot when slipping to the right and leave the back foot planted?
