I wanted to ask you Jordan about the mentality of being a competitor and the mental block you get when a workout is really tough, when my body becomes heavy and unable to go forward how do you train your mind to just push thru it ??

I keep getting rekt and just cry for not being able to meet my coaches expectations

I have been doing crossfit about a year and managed to hurt my back while receiving the bar for push presses. I bowed my hips outward and now will probably have to take potentially a week or more off. I already met with a chiropractor. I forgot the golden rule: Don't go faster then you can maintain proper form.

Gym 5 days a week. Not training for any other purpose. I just like it. I hate cardio, but I join classes for cardio so that I don't have to do it on cardio machines. Rest days is weekend, but that's more like a logistic issue as I live 45 mins away from the gym (Gym is about 10 mins away from the office. ).

Hi, Jordan. You've inspired me to start hitting the gym; thank you for that! I wanted to know, when you show how much you're lifting do you count the weight of the bar or is that irrelevant?
