One day that xbox boot up will bring nostalgia. It just sounds like it definitely would

I feel like the Series X start up sound will be very nostalgic for a lot of people in 10 years. The PS5 will be too but there is just something so heavenly about the Series X sound and I can’t exactly say what it is, and that’s what makes it so beautiful.

Xbox start up feels nostalgic feels like a big movie premier, feels like your about to enjoy the next couple of hours of playing it, like your about to go into a big battle, and remember all the good moments you had playing it.



PlayStation start up feels welcoming like the light is shinning down on the table with the dust particles flying around on a sunny day like your gonna have good memories that make you feel safe.

Its just something about the sounds at 0:24 - 0:29 that just puts me in this mental state of calmness and makes me aware of everything around me

EDIT: oh and I’m not going to forget about Xbox either, the Xbox startup (to me) is like a powerful shockwave that digs deep down to your soul to show you the secrets of the universe and beyond (in which I also love)
