This area has been hit 3x in a row within a year. You would think that FL would boost assistance to these guys in the big bend area like cedar key and suwannee florida. Due to their small taxable size they are often overlooked.

This thing will be so massive that you don't have to be in the cone to be at risk. And just remember, those bands on the right side of the storm can sometimes spawn tornados like you wouldn't believe. You don't need to be in the path of the eye to be in danger. Just be prepared!

helene is not a hurricane it's max sustained winds are only 25.3kts. that isn't even a tropical depression
