You forgot to mention, the only reason Tanjiro's ancestors (Sumiyoshi and his Family) survived, is because Yoriichi saved them from a Demon Attack, that's why they were friends. Because Yoriichi never came there, Tanjiro's ancestors would've died

Also Yoriichi would never create the breathing styles as well, he literally left his house because he didn't want to become a Samurai and pursue swordsmanship, and as the Demon Slayers corps didn't know the breathing styles then they all would end up dead at the end.

Because the only reason he tried to fight demons is because his wife was killed by a demon

This seems pretty inconsistent, it just removed tanjiro in the whole picture and did not think of the further repercussions that would occur. From the start, there would have been no way the sun breathing would be created if yoriichi lived happily ever after and no passing of knowledge like the mark and see through world (no strong descendants). But perhaps it would have delayed the discovery of sun breathing, its like the idea that if einstein didnt exist then someone else will simply replace him at a later time.

You forget something, there can be only 9 Hashiras at the same time, and then, the plot would be more and more complicated since almost every Hashira has a relation with another, so they would have a different story and personality. And, Sumoyoshi would have died since Yoriichi saves him from a Demon. Then, no Tanjiro, Nezuko and all of the Kamados. That means Giyu would still be introverted, Shinobu would be still angry, Genya would be totally different, Inosuke not survive to Mt. Natagumo's mission and Zen'itsu would have no self esteem and couldn't be able to even face Kaigaku. (Sorry for the wall of text)

There's one important mistake. Muichirou was ancestor of Kokushibou, but if Kokushibou was dead, Muichirou didn't even exist and he wouldn't killed Gyokko
